1. Definitions
• Partner: An organization or individual who has signed a Partnership Agreement with Zeal Capital and has been approved to participate in the rewards program.
• Referral: An introduction of a new potential customer by a partner, resulting in Zeal Capital being given an opportunity to quote.
• Qualified Opportunity: A referral that results in Zeal Capital providing a formal quote for financing or services.
• Funded Deal: A qualified opportunity that has progressed through approval and resulted in a financial agreement being executed and funded.
• Points: Non-transferable credits awarded to partners based on qualifying activity; redeemable only within the rewards shop.
• Rewards Shop: A private online platform where partners can redeem accumulated points for physical goods and gift cards.

2. Eligibility
Access to the rewards shop is strictly limited to approved Zeal Capital partners who have signed a valid Partnership Agreement. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Earning Points
3.1 Referral Points
Partners earn referral points when Zeal Capital is granted the opportunity to quote a customer introduced by the partner. Points are awarded regardless of the customer’s final decision to proceed.
3.2 Deal Completion Points
Additional points are awarded for deals that are successfully funded by Zeal Capital. Only deals with a minimum value of $50,000 AUD are eligible. Points are awarded only after the deal is funded.

4. Points Policy
– Points do not expire, do not reset, and there is no cap on point accumulation.
– Points are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the Zeal Capital rewards shop.
– Zeal Capital reserves the right to terminate any partner’s access to the rewards program with 30 days’ notice, during which time any unspent points may be redeemed.

5. Rewards and Redemption
– Rewards include physical goods and gift cards, subject to availability.
– Shipping is limited to addresses within Australia.
– Zeal Capital covers standard shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, or additional fees are the partner’s responsibility.
– All redemptions are final. No refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be processed once an order is submitted.
– In the event of a damaged or missing shipment, partners must notify Zeal Capital within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Zeal Capital may offer a replacement at its sole discretion. No refunds or points re-issuance will be provided.

–  The number of points required to redeem any reward item is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Zeal Capital reserves the right to adjust reward pricing based on availability, supplier pricing, market conditions, or internal program updates. Partners are encouraged to redeem points promptly, as items may increase or decrease in point value over time. Zeal Capital is not liable for any changes in point values or product availability.

6. Conduct and Integrity
Zeal Capital reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner’s account and forfeit accumulated points in the event of:
– Fraudulent activity
– Misrepresentation of referral or deal information
– Unsavoury, unethical, or abusive conduct

7. Account Management
Partners may access their account to:
– View total and historical points
– Track redemption activity and order status
– Update personal or delivery information

8. Inactive Accounts
Zeal Capital reserves the right to deactivate partner accounts that show no activity for 12 consecutive months. Partners will be notified prior to deactivation and given an opportunity to redeem their remaining points.

9. Suspension or Program Changes
Zeal Capital reserves the right to suspend or modify the rewards program at any time, including but not limited to:
– Platform maintenance or technical issues
– Market changes or strategic decisions
– Force majeure or legal obligations
No liability will be incurred for interruptions or early termination of the program.

10. Data Collection and Privacy
Partner data is collected strictly for internal use to operate and improve the rewards program. No third-party tools are used, and data will not be shared or sold to external vendors or organizations.

11. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with the rewards shop remain the exclusive property of Zeal Capital. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or manipulation of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
– Zeal Capital does not guarantee the availability or continued offering of any specific reward item.
– Zeal Capital will not be liable for:
– Delays in shipping
– Inaccuracies in product descriptions
– Misuse or technical errors on the rewards shop platform
– Participation in the rewards program is at the partner’s own risk.

13. Amendments
Zeal Capital may update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the rewards platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
